RIGHT AWAY

The Infection

Parasites get into a person’s body when they eat dirty food, undercooked seafood, or by touching their mouth with dirty hands. Some can even sneak in through the skin when walking barefoot.

THE FIRST 4 WEEKS

Settling In

These tiny bugs move inside the body, looking for the perfect spot where they can grow big.

THROUGHOUT LIFE

The Massacre

Throughout the infection, parasites weaken the immune system, making the body more susceptible to other infections. The presence of parasites and their waste can trigger both local and systemic immune responses.

within 6 months

Migration

Parasites move throughout the body, causing inflammation as they move through tissues and organs.

every 3 TO 6 months

Hiding

Parasites often hide within specific organs (liver, lungs, intestines) to avoid the immune system’s detection. This stage involves parasites feeding on host tissues, leading to nutrient depletion and possible organ damage.

4 TO 12 WEEKS

Multiplication

Adult parasites reproduce, either within the human host or by laying eggs that are excreted. This can lead to allergic reactions due to their presence or waste products.
FOREVER

Re-Infection

When it’s time, they find ways out, ready for another cycle of adventure, re-infection and damage. Free once more, they wait to start again. Eggs mature into adults. The cycle of massacre never ends.
